Vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B6, B12, C, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and magnesium contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Zinc, iodine, magnesium, pantothenic acid, vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B1 (thiamine), B12, B6 and C contribute to normal energy production metabolism.
Zinc, iodine, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin A contribute to maintaining normal skin.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen for normal skin and cartilage function.
